Sale of Clif Bar & Company to Mondelez
Clif Bar & Company was acquired by Mondelez International in 2022. We wish everyone at Clif's headquarters and bakeries continued success as they work to grow a purpose-led business and share the benefits of a Five Aspiration business model with a larger, global audience. Clif Family Foundation is now a completely independent organization; we will carry on with our grantmaking under the direction of our Board, and continue to seek out inspiring nonprofits whose work we're honored to fund.
